Facilitation

Whether it’s the sustainability of a product, an infrastructure, or a vital service, harnessing collective intelligence is key. Yet too often, well-meaning teams behind social impact research, technology, innovation struggle to work together effectively. We lose the strategy, struggle to communicate impact, get distracted by internal disagreements or public recognition, and are disconnected from community partners that could hold us accountable. Sustainability is more than reducing our carbon footprint: it’s building healthy teams of grounded individuals and trust-full partnerships with affected communities.

I design sessions with compassion and vulnerability, helping individuals bring (more of) their whole selves to strategy and impact assessment work, threading discussions and developing initiatives that reflect the diversity of experiences and perspectives of those carrying out the work.
